SECTION 30-59.1. State agency defined  

For the purposes of §§ 30-58.1 and 30-58.1 , the terms "state agency," "state agencies," "agency," and "agencies" shall mean all executive, judicial, and legislative entities of the Commonwealth as well as all constitutionally or statutorily created state entities.
