SECTION 3.2-5630. Violations of pricing requirements |

It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.) for a retail merchant to fail to comply with the provisions of § 59.1-196 . 1991, c. 605, § 3.1-949.3; 2008, c. 59.1-196 . |
