SECTION 3.2-5230. Tender of payment as evidence of test |

The tender of payment for milk or cream at any given test, shall constitute prima facie evidence that such test was made. Code 1950, § 3-411; 1966, c. 702, § 3.1-541; 2008, c. 860 . |
