SECTION 3.2-5142. Punishment for hindering Commissioner |

Any person who shall willfully hinder or obstruct the Commissioner in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by this chapter is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Code 1950, § 3-337; 1966, c. 702, § 3.1-416; 2008, c. 860 . |
