A. It is unlawful for any person to act as, operate, or carry on the business of a commission merchant without first obtaining a license. B. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Code 1950, § 3-535; 1966, c. 702, § 3.1-693; 2008, c. 860 . |
