SECTION 3.2-4728. Appeal from orders and actions of Commissioner  

Any action of the Commissioner: (i) entering any order pursuant to subsection B of § 3.2-4722 ; (ii) refusing to grant a license; (iii) revoking a license already granted to a commission merchant; or (iv) refusing to renew a license, shall be subject to the right of appeal in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 3.2-4722 et seq.).
