SECTION 29.1-325. Evidence that applicant entitled to license |

The clerk or agent shall require any applicant to make affidavit or to furnish other satisfactory evidence that he is entitled to the license applied for before issuing the license. Code 1950, § 29-63; 1978, c. 218; 1987, c. 488. |
