SECTION 28.2-706. Restrictions on crab scraping; penalty |
It is unlawful for any person to: 1. Use a crab scrape having a mouth longer than four feet and a toothed bar; 2. Haul a scrape, except by hand; or 3. Have more than two scrapes overboard.
