SECTION 28.2-529. Converting shells into lime; penalty |
|
It shall be unlawful for any person to take or catch oysters or shells for conversion into lime, unless the person has obtained permission from the Commission. A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor. Code 1950, § 28-192; 1962, c. 406, § 28.1-138; 1992, c. 836. |
