SECTION 25.1-106. Condemnation of lands within agricultural and forestal districts  

No property that is within an agricultural and forestal district as provided by Chapter 43 (§ 15.2-4300 et seq.) of Title 15.2 shall be condemned except in accordance with §§ 15.2-4300 and 15.2-4300 .
