SECTION 24.2-304.5. Notification of certain civil actions |

Any county, city, or town made a defendant in any civil action challenging the legality of its election district boundaries shall immediately notify the Attorney General of the pending civil action for review pursuant to § 2.2-508 . 1995, c. 2.2-508 . |
