SECTION 23.1-3012. Exemptions |

The provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.), the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.), and the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) do not apply to the Medical School in its exercise of any power conferred under this chapter. 2016, c. 2.2-2900 . |
