SECTION 21-191. Other matters determined by resolution |

All other matters relating to the issuing of such bonds, and all matters relating to the contracting of debt, borrowing of money and issuing of other bonds and obligations shall be determined by resolution of the commission. 1938, p. 519; 1942, p. 604; Michie Code 1942, § 1560oo. |
