SECTION 21-135. Insolvency of depository |

The treasurer shall not be liable for any deposits which shall be lost by reason of the insolvency or failure of any bank in which he shall have been directed by the governing body to deposit them. 1946, p. 183; Michie Suppl. 1946, § 1560z6. |
