SECTION 21-134.01. Allocation of county funds to sanitary districts |

The governing body of any county may advance funds, not otherwise specifically allocated or obligated, from the general fund to a sanitary district to assist the sanitary district to initiate the project for which it was created. 1964, c. 242, § 15.1-26.1; 1997, c. 587. |
