SECTION 2.2-610. Furnishing copies of documents at no cost to law-enforcement officials |

All agencies and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth shall provide, at no cost, copies of documents requested by the Department of State Police or other law-enforcement officers as part of an active criminal investigation. "Law-enforcement officer" means the same as that term is defined in § 9.1-101 . |
