SECTION 2.2-4003. Venue |
|
In all proceedings under § 2.2-4019 or 2.2-4019 venue shall be in the city or county where the administrative agency maintains its principal office or as the parties may otherwise agree. In all proceedings under § 2.2-4019 , venue shall be as specified in subdivision 1 of § 2.2-4019 . 1975, c. 503, § 9-6.14:5; 1977, c. 624; 2001, c. 2.2-4019 ; 2007, cc. 2.2-4019 , 2.2-4019 . |
