SECTION 2.2-2350. Sovereign immunity |

No provisions of this article nor any act of the Authority, including the procurement of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a waiver of any sovereign immunity to which the Authority or its directors, officers, employees, or agents are otherwise entitled. 2011, c. 716 . |
