SECTION 19.2-321. With whom petition for writ of error filed |
A. The petition to the Court of Appeals shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court in the manner and within the time provided by law. B. The petition in a case wherein a writ of error lies from the Supreme Court shall be filed with the Clerk of that Court in the manner and within the time provided by law.
