SECTION 18.2-380. Punishment for first offense  

Any person, firm, association or corporation convicted for the first time of an offense under §§ 18.2-374 , 18.2-374 , 18.2-374 , 18.2-374 , 18.2-374 or § 18.2-374 , shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
