No statement or disclosure by the juvenile concerning the alleged offense made during a competency evaluation ordered pursuant to § 16.1-356 , or services ordered pursuant to § 16.1-356 may be used against the juvenile at the adjudication or disposition hearings as evidence or as a basis for such evidence. |
