SECTION 16.1-277.2. Rejection of plea agreement; recusal |

Upon rejecting a plea agreement in any delinquency matter, a judge shall immediately recuse himself from any further proceedings on the same matter unless the parties agree otherwise. 2014, c. 165 . |
