SECTION 16.1-122. Appeal |

If the property or money claimed in any such proceeding is more than $50 in value, an appeal of right may be had to the judgment or order of the court as provided in § 16.1-106 . 1956, c. 555; 1978, c. 42; 1986, c. 25; 1998, cc. 16.1-106 , 16.1-106 ; 2002, c. 16.1-106 ; 2007, c. 16.1-106 . |
