SECTION 15.2-4808. Reimbursement for advances to district |
|
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the commission shall direct the district treasurer to reimburse the county or town from any funds of the district not otherwise specifically allocated or obligated, to the extent that the county or town has made advances. 1997, c. 587 . |
