The department of extension and continuing education shall be established for the purpose of conducting noncredit educational programs and disseminating useful and practical information pursuant to the provisions of § 23.1-2608 et seq. 1972, c. 653, § 15.1-711.1; 1997, c. 23.1-2608 . |
