SECTION 15.2-3811. Proceeding final for three years |

If city status is denied a town, or if city status is declined under § 15.2-3810 , no subsequent proceeding shall be brought under this chapter for three years from the date of the final order. 1979, c. 85, § 15.1-982.12; 1997, c. 587. |
