SECTION 15.2-3240. Transfer of registration records |

Upon entry of the court order under § 15.2-3238 , the registration records of voters residing within the territory shall be transferred, and the appropriate notice given, in accordance with § 15.2-3238 . Code 1950, § 15-157; 1962, c. 623, § 15.1-1063; 1997, c. 587. |
