SECTION 15.2-2908. Notice to Commission deemed to institute action or proceeding |

An action or proceeding to which the Commission on Local Government has jurisdiction shall be deemed to have been instituted upon the initial notice to the Commission required by subsection A of § 15.2-2907 . 1985, c. 478, § 15.1-945.8; 1997, c. 587. |
