Any town located within a stormwater service district created pursuant to this chapter shall be entitled to any revenues collected within the town pursuant to subdivision 6 of § 15.2-2403 , subject to the limitations set forth therein, so long as the town maintains its own MS4 permit issued pursuant to § 15.2-2403 or maintains its own stormwater service district. |
