SECTION 15.2-2007. Fee for processing application under § 15.2-2006 |

The governing body of any locality may prescribe and charge a reasonable fee not exceeding $100 for processing an application pursuant to § 15.2-2006 . 1970, c. 161, § 15.1-364.1; 1976, c. 183; 1979, c. 208; 1997, c. 587. |
