SECTION 13.1-1283. Reservation of power to amend or repeal |

The General Assembly shall have the power to amend or repeal all or part of this chapter at any time and all domestic and foreign business trusts subject to this chapter shall be subject to the amendment or repeal. 2002, c. 621 . |
