SECTION 10.1-559. Petitions limited to once in five years |
|
The Board shall not entertain petitions for the discontinuance of any district, conduct elections upon such petitions or make determinations pursuant to such petitions more often than once in five years. Code 1950, § 21-112; 1964, c. 512; 1988, c. 891. |
