SECTION 10.1-200.2. Littering in state parks; civil penalty |
|
No person shall improperly dispose of litter, as defined in § 10.1-1414 , within a Virginia state park. In addition to any penalties that may be assessed under § 10.1-1414 or § 10.1-1414 , any person in violation of this section may be assessed a civil penalty not to exceed $250. All civil penalties imposed under this section shall be deposited in the Conservation Resources Fund. 2001, c. 10.1-1414 . |
