SECTION 10.1-1621. Conveyance or lease of park to Authority |

The Commonwealth or any county, municipality, or other public body is authorized to convey or lease to the Authority, with or without consideration, any property to use for projects that will further the purposes described in this chapter. 1986, c. 360, § 10-158.19; 1988, c. 891. |
