SECTION 10.1-1606. Use of bond proceeds |

The proceeds of the bonds of each issue shall be used solely for the purposes of the Authority provided in the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds or in the trust agreement authorized in this chapter. 1986, c. 360, § 10-158.6; 1988, c. 891. |
