SECTION 10.1-101. Department continued; appointment of Director |

The Department of Conservation and Historic Resources is continued as the Department of Conservation and Recreation. The Department shall be headed by a Director appointed by the Governor to serve at his pleasure for a term coincident with his own. 1984, c. 750, § 10-252; 1988, c. 891; 1989, c. 656. |
